About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Front of House Waitstaff to join our passionate team, helping deliver seamless events across Brisbane and the broader SEQ region.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist with event setup and service under the direction of a supervisor

  • Provide professional, warm, and attentive food and beverage service

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where a friendly attitude is key

  • Experienced, reliable, and motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine, welcoming personality

  • Availability for flexible shifts — mornings, middays, evenings, and weekends

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • A genuine passion for great food, wine, and creating memorable events

  • Flexibility to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts

  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar functions or events-based role highly regarded

  • Confident in carrying three or more plates at a time

  • Skilled in clearing a minimum of five plates ‘à la carte’ style

  • Experience with the setup and pack down of weddings, functions, and conferences

  • Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry, with a desire to grow and expand your event experience

  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and high attention to detail

  • Proactive, with a hands-on approach and solid food & beverage experience

  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming — essential when working with high-end clients

  • Valid RSA Certificate (required)
