About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Front of House Waitstaff to join our passionate team, helping deliver seamless events across Brisbane and the broader SEQ region.
In this role, you’ll:
Assist with event setup and service under the direction of a supervisor
Provide professional, warm, and attentive food and beverage service
Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where a friendly attitude is key

Strong customer service skills and a genuine, welcoming personality
Availability for flexible shifts — mornings, middays, evenings, and weekends
A team-first mindset and the ability to adapt to different event styles and client expectations

15–25 hours per week, with increased hours during peak season (July–November)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
A genuine passion for great food, wine, and creating memorable events
Flexibility to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts
1–2 years' experience in a similar functions or events-based role highly regarded
Confident in carrying three or more plates at a time
Skilled in clearing a minimum of five plates ‘à la carte’ style
Experience with the setup and pack down of weddings, functions, and conferences
Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry, with a desire to grow and expand your event experience
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and high attention to detail
Proactive, with a hands-on approach and solid food & beverage experience
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming — essential when working with high-end clients
Valid RSA Certificate (required)
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
